                  Comments have been filed by Respondents No.1, 2 & 4, copy of which has been supplied to the learned counsel for Petitioner. The Official Respondents have informed that crime No.140/2009 has been registered by brother of the Petitioner in respect of abduction of Petitioner. S.P.O is present, he is directed to get record the statement of Petitioner; dispose of the case and submit the report under “Cancel” Class within three days. The Magistrate will pass appropriate orders on such report. The S.P.O is directed to make compliance and submit such report before this Court.

            With the above observations, this Petition stands disposed of.
