     The Investigating Officer states that he is conducting reinvestigation of the case and as soon as reinvestigation is completed report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. will be submitted by him before the competent Court of law. Counsel for the petitioner states that time may be fixed during which the Investigating Officer will submit his report to the Court. The Investigating Officer is directed to complete the reinvestigation of the case and submit his report before the competent Court of law within a period of one month. The petition in the above terms stands disposed off. Listed application also stands disposed off.
