Muhammad Nadeem son of Mohammad Yousuf was filed on 21.09.2013 and no efforts
till date have been made to get the petition fixed, which reflects that perhaps
the detenue has arrived back. Even today no one is present on behalf of
petitioner nor any intimation is available on record.
We, therefore, dismiss this petition
on account of non-prosecution.
