Comments
have been filed by SHO PS Brigade reflecting that the alleged missing person is
under detention in Central Prison, Karachi. Counsel says that since the
whereabouts of the missing person have been traced out, therefore, he would not
press this petition, however, he says that directions be given to the
Superintendent Central Prison, Karachi to allow meeting of his relatives in
accordance with Jail Rules.
The
Petition is consequently dismissed as not pressed, however, the Superintendent
Central Prison, Karachi would allow meeting to the relatives of the detained
person Syed Ali Hassan Zaidi son of Syed Khursheed Asghar Zaidi in accordance with
Jail Rules.
