Counsel for petitioner submits that after filing of petition, missing person namely, Zahidullah, has been injured by the police in a fake encounter, and he has been shown under arrest in a criminal case. Since the missing person has been shown under arrest, purpose of filing of instant petition has been achieved and it is accordingly disposed of. So far as the contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is concerned, he may agitate the same before the trial Court.
