SIP Sultan Ahmed, Investigating Officer, filed a copy of statement, jointly submitted by the complainant and accused before IV Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate, Malir, Karachi, which shows that complainant Mst. Anita, petitioner in the instant petition, does not wish to further pursue the matter/case and recorded no objection if the accused is acquitted.

In the view of above, counsel for petitioner does not press the instant petition more, the same is accordingly dismissed.
