SHO P.S. Orangi Town submitted the report in which it is mentioned that missing person, namely, Syed Badshah Hussain son of Akhtar Hussain is under arrest in eight FIRs, mentioned in the report and presently he is confined in Central Prison, Karachi.

In the view of above, instant petition has become infructuous, the same is accordingly dismissed.
