Advocate General Sindh and Additional Prosecutor General Sindh submit that
final report has already been submitted before the competent Court of law. In
view such development, counsel for petitioner does not press the instant
petition any more, the same is accordingly disposed of. However, the
petitioner/accused would be at liberty to seek the remedy before the trial
Court in accordingly with law.
