SHO PS Lyari in which it is mentioned that missing
person, namely, Imran Lasi son of Barkat
Lasi has been arrested in FIR No.295/2023, registered
at P.S. Kalri for offences under sections 4 / 5 of
the Explosive Substances Act, 1908 read with Section 7 of the Anti-Terrorism
Act, 1997. In view of such position, the instant petition has become
infructuous and the same is accordingly dismissed.
