Counsel for petitioner as well as counsel for respondents 4, 7, 8 and 9 submit that FIR No.319/2023 registered at P.S. Darakhshan for offence under section 489F, PPC has been
disposed of under “C” Class. Comments have been filed by the respondents.
Counsel for petitioner does not press this petition, however, submits that
police officials may be directed to act in accordance with law. Learned
Additional Advocate General Sindh undertakes that official respondents shall
act according to law. In view of such position, instant petition is dismissed
as not pressed, with direction to the official respondent to act strictly in
accordance with law.
