have been shown under arrested in FIR No.21/2024, registered at P.S. Kalakot for offence under section 9(c) of the Control of
Narcotic Substances Act, 1997.
In
the view of above, instant petition has become infructuous, the same is
accordingly dismissed. However, the accused persons shall be at liberty to
approach the proper Court for seeking any relief available to them under the
law.
