submits that missing person was arrested in FIR No.163/2017 u/s 4/5 Explosive
Substances Act read with 7 Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997. He was released on bail.
DSP submits that missing person is no more missing person.
In the
view of above, the instant petition has become infructuous and the same is
accordingly dismissed.
