            Through instant criminal bail application, applicant/accused Mir Janullah Khan Talpur son of Mir Habibullah Talpur seeks protective bail in FIR No.32/2024, registered at P.S. Kot Ghulam Muhammad, District Mirpurkhas for offences under sections 324, 337A(i)F(i), 337H(2), 114, 147, 148, 149, PPC read with Sections 6 and 7 of the Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997.

 

            Learned counsel for applicant/accused contends that applicant/accused has been falsely implicated in the aforesaid crime due to political enmity. Applicant/accused is ready to surrender before the trail Court but the premises of trial Court is cordoned off by the police as the police is bent upon to arrest the applicant/accused for harassing, humiliating and dishonoring him for ulterior motives.

 

Without touching the merits of the case, protective bail is granted to applicant/accused Mir Janullah Khan Talpur son of Mir Habibullah Talpur for a period of four (04) days from today, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court. Applicant/accused is directed to surrender before the trial Court in the aforesaid period. This order shall cease to have its effect after expiry of four days (04) days from today or whenever the applicant/accused surrenders before the trial Court, as the case may be. In case of failure of the applicant/accused to surrender before the trial Court in the aforesaid period, bail bond executed by the applicant/accused before this Court shall automatically be forfeited.

 

            The instant criminal bail application is accordingly disposed of.
