reported by SHO PS Bahadurabad that missing person namely Mohammad Asif is in
jail in FIR No. 179/2014, registered against him at P.S Jamsed Quarters under
Section 302/324/34 PPC.
In the
view of above, the instant petition has become infructuous and the same is
accordingly dismissed.
