Colony, in which it is mentioned that missing person namely Mohammad Kashif son
of Mohammad Rafiq has been killed in police encounter, which took place within
the jurisdiction of P.S Itehad Town and FIR regarding Police encounter has been
registered vide Crime No. 380/2016 at P.S Itehad Town.
In the
view of above, this is no more petition for missing person, but it is for the
petitioner that if he is dissatisfied from such police encounter, he may adopt
legal course available to him under the law. Since petition has become
infructuous, it is accordingly dismissed.
