Petitioner
Waseem Shah son of Abdul Wakeel
Shah, through his attorney/wife, having CNIC No.42201-2640008-2, seeks
protective-cum-transitory bail in FIR No.791/2021, registered at P.S. SITE-A,
Karachi for offences under sections 468, 471, 420, 512, PPC. It is submitted
that at present petitioner Waseem Shah involved in
the aforesaid crime is at Spain and is prepared to surrender before the trial
Court but apprehends his arrest at the hands of police under the influence of
complainant Shaikh Muhammad Javed
Hanif at Jinnah International Airport, Karachi for
mala fide reasons.
Since the petitioner
intends to face the trial and is prepared to surrender before the trial Court,
without touching the merits of the case, petitioner/accused Waseem Shah son of Abdul Wakeel Shah is granted
protective-cum-transitory bail for a
period of six (6) days from today,
subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.60,000/-
(Rupees Sixty Thousand) and P.R bond
in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court. Petitioner/accused
is directed to surrender before the trial Court concerned in the aforesaid
period. In the meanwhile, operation of NWB issued against the
petitioner/accused is suspended. This order shall cease to have its effect
after expiry of six (6) days from today or whenever the petitioner/accused
surrenders before the trial court, which one occurs earlier. In case,
petitioner fails to surrender before the trial Court within the aforesaid
period, his bail bond shall stand automatically forfeited.
The instant petition is accordingly disposed of.
