advocate for applicant after arguing the bail application of accused Maqsood Ahmed at some length does not press the same, however,
submits that trial Court may be directed to decide the case expeditiously.
Learned D.A.G., assisted by the IO, has recorded no objection for such
direction. It is also observed that expeditious disposal of case is the right
of the accused.
In
the view of above, instant criminal bail application is dismissed as not
pressed. However, trial Court is directed to decide the case expeditiously,
preferably within a period of three months, under intimation to this Court.
