Petitioner along with petitioner.

Petitioner
Mrs. Fariha Malik is present along with her counsel. It is inter-alia contended
that interim Reference has been filed against petitioner and others before the
learned Administrative Judge, Accountability Courts Islamabad and Petitioner is
prepared to surrender before the Islamabad High Court for seeking bail but
apprehends her arrest on the way to Islamabad as NBWs have been issued against
her.
Without
touching the merits of the case, protective bail for the
period 05 days is granted to the
Petitioner Mrs. Fariha Malik subject
to her furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rupees One Million and P.R bond
in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court with
direction to surrender before the concerned Court in the aforesaid period. This
order shall cease to effect after expiry of five days or whenever petitioner surrenders before the concerned
Court, which one occurs earlier. Petitioner shall also deposit original
passport with the Nazir of this Court.
The
Petition stands disposed of.
