SIU, District West for offence under Section 23(1)(a) of the Sindh Arms Act, 2013 and submits that Zubair Ahmed son of Shabbir Ahmed has been shown under arrest in the above FIR. In the view of above, the petition has become infructuous and is accordingly dismissed.
