Through this application under order XXIII rule 3, CPC duly singed by the plaintiffs, and the defendants and their respective counsel, the parties have sought a consent decree in terms of a settlement agreement attached thereto. Plaintiff No. 1, Mrs. Zebunissa Fayyaz Ali, who represents plaintiffs No. 4 and 5 present in Court and is identified by her counsel admits her signature and the contents of the application. Similarly the plaintiffs No. 2 and 3 also are present in court and are identified by their counsel admit their signature and the contents of the application. Defendants Mrs. Zainab Ali Muihammad and Ifran Ali also present in Court and are identified by their counsel, admit their signature and the contents of the application. The parties submit that they have entered into the compromise at their own volition. Both the learned counsel request that in terms of the settlement agreement annexed to the application, suit may be decreed.

The application is granted. The suit against stands decreed in terms of the settlement agreement dated 19.08.2009, annexed to the present application.
