Sameer at present at U.A.E seeks protective bail in Crime No. 15/2015
registered at PS FIA SBC, Karachi under Section 4, 5, 8, 22 & 23 of FER Act
R/w Section 34 PPC.
It is inter-alia contended that
applicant/accused intend to surrender before the trial court but apprehends his
arrest at Airport before reaching the trial court.
Since applicant/accused is prepared to
surrender before the trial court, without touching the merits of the case,
protective bail for a period of four days is granted to the applicant/accused,
subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.3,00,000/-
(Rupees three lac Only) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of
the Nazir of this Court. Applicant/accused is directed to surrender
before trial court. Operation of NBWs is suspended for the period of four days.
This order shall cease to have its effect after expiry of four days or when the
applicant/accused surrenders before the Trial Court, which one occurs earlier.
In case applicant/accused after grant of protective bail fails to appear before
the trial Court in the stipulated period, his bail bond shall stand forfeited.
