Ghulam Murtaza Khan Jatoi and Bilal Khan Jatoi seek protective bail in Crime
No.78/2024 for offences under Sections 324/114/147/148/149/337H(ii)
PPC read with Section 7 of ATA registered at P.S Moro, District Naushero Feroze.
It
is inter alia contended that applicant
No.1 Ghulam Murtaza Khan Jatoi was contesting candidate of NA 206 Naurshero
Feroze-II and incident had occurred on the day of polls. Serious malafide on
the part of the police and complainant has been alleged on political
consideration. Political victimization has also been claimed by the
applicants/accused. It is further submitted that applicants are prepared to
surrender before the trial Court/Anti-Terrorism Court Naushero Feroze but said
Court is cordoned off by the police with ulterior motives.
Without touching the merits of the
case, protective bail for a period
of ten (10) days from today is granted to applicants/accused Ghulam Murtaza Khan Jatoi son of Ghulam Mustafa Khan
Jatoi and Bilal Khan Jatoi son of Rais Ghulam Murtaza Khan Jatoi,
subject to their furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) each and P.R. bond in the
like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court. Applicants/accused are directed to surrender before the concerned trial Court
in the aforesaid crime and join investigation. This order shall cease to have
its effect after expiry of ten days from
today or when the applicants/accused surrender before the concerned trial Court
which one occurs earlier. It is made clear that in case applicants/accused fail
to surrender before the concerned trial Court within the aforesaid period their
bail bond shall stand forfeited.
