Through constitution petition, petitioner, who is
complainant in Sessions Case No.2058/2023, pending before learned Additional
Sessions Judge-VII/MCTC-2, Karachi Central, seeks
direction for expeditious disposal of the case. Additional Prosecutor General Sindh,
present in Court in some other cases, waives notice. It may be observed that in
every case, which is pending before the competent Court of law, directions
cannot be issued to the trial Court to conclude the case by giving preference
to a particular case because it is for the trial Court to decide every case
within a reasonable time. However, after hearing the learned Additional
Prosecutor General Sindh, trial Court is directed to decide the aforesaid sessions case expeditiously, strictly in accordance with
law.
The petition is disposed of along with listed
applications.
