Counsel for the petitioner confines his prayers to the prayer of protection. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that private respondents are causing harassment and the life of the petitioner has been made insecure by using the influence of the police officials. Learned Additional Advocate General Sindh undertakes that official respondents shall provide protection to the petitioner in accordance with law. In the view of above, counsel for the petitioner is satisfied to the undertaking of learned Additional Advocate General Sindh and does not press the instant petition more. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
