Through instant constitution petition filed mainly against Anti-Corruption Establishment, the petitioner has prayed to restrain respondents 2, 3 and 7 from creating harassment to the petitioner so also arrest for mala fide reasons. Vide order dated 04.03.2019, petitioner was directed to join the investigation to enable the establishment of ACE to finalize the inquiry, if any. Counsel for the petitioner has filed statement that has petitioner approached the Anti-Corruption Establishment. It is ordered that Director, Anti-Corruption Establishment, shall act further with the investigation, however, strictly in accordance with law. In the view of above, counsel for the petitioner does not press the instant petition more and it is accordingly disposed of.
