SHO P.S. Rizvia Society has reported that missing person, namely, Muhammad Faisal son of Aslam has been shown under arrest in FIR No.88/2024, registered at P.S. Garden Karachi for offences under Sections 353, 324, 427, 34, PPC read with section 7 of the Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997. In view of such position, the instant petition has become infructuous and is accordingly dismissed.
