request of learned counsel for the applicants/accused, this pre-arrest bail is
converted to protective bail.
Applicants/accused Noor Muhammad Shoro s/o Haji Sultan
Sikandar Shoro and Sardar Ali s/o Noor Muhammad are present along with their
counsel seek protective bail in Crime No. 99 of 2015 registered at P.S Mirpur
Bathoro Sajawal for offences under Sections 302/114/337-H-2/504/34 PPC read
with Section 6/7 A.T.A. Learned counsel for the applicants/accused interalia
contended that there is political rivalry between the applicants/accused and
complainant, therefore, police is intending to arrest the accused with ulterior
motive.
Without touching the merits of the case protective bail for a period of five days is granted to the
applicants/accused Noor Muhammad Shoro s/o Haji Sultan Sikandar Shoro and
Sardar Ali s/o Noor Muhammad subject to their furnishing solvent sureties in
the sum of Rs.200,000/- (Rupees Two Lacs) each and P.R bond in the like amount
to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court. Applicants/accused are directed
to join investigation. Applicants/accused are further directed to surrender
before the trial court in the aforesaid period. This order shall cease to have
effect after expiry of five days from
today or when the applicants/accused surrender before the trial court whichever
is earlier. It is made clear that in case applicants/accused failed to
surrender before the trial court within the aforesaid period, their bail bonds
shall stand forfeited.
