Applicant/accused Junaid-ur-Rehman
Bhatti seeks protective bail in Crime No.54 of 2015 registered at PS, FIA CBC, Karachi
for offences under Sections 409/468/471/109/34 PPC. It is inter-alia contended that
applicant/accused is prepared to surrender before the Trial Court but
apprehends his arrest at the hands of the FIA with ulterior motives.
Without touching the merits of the case, protective
bail for a period of three
days is granted to the applicant/accused Junaid-ur-Rehman, subject to
his furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.500,000/- (Rupees Five Lacs Only)
and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court.
Applicant/accused is directed to surrender before the trial court in the
aforesaid period. This order shall cease to have effect after expiry of three days from today or when
the applicant/accused surrenders before the trial court, whichever is earlier.
It is made clear that in case applicant/accused failed to surrender before the
trial court within the aforesaid period, his bail bond shall stand forfeited.
Application is disposed of.
