Applicant/accused Nazir Ahmed son of Abdul Latif Bhutto seeks protective bail in FIR No.42/2024, registered at P.S. Civil Lines, Larkana,
for offences under Sections 302, 324, 114, 148, 149, PPC read with Section 6/7
of the Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997. It is inter
alia contended that applicant/accused is prepared to surrender before
learned Judge, Anti-Terrorism Court, Larkana but it
is stated that the said Court is cordoned off by the police for mala fide
reasons.
Since the applicant/accused is prepared to surrender
before learned Judge, Anti-Terrorism Court, Larkana,
without touching the merits of the case, protective
bail is granted to applicant/accused Nazir
Ahmed son of Abdul Latif Bhutto for a period of four (04) days from today, subject to furnishing solvent surety in
the sum of Rs.60,000/-
(Rupees Sixty Thousand) and P.R
bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court. Applicant/accused
is directed to surrender before the trial Court/learned Judge, Anti-Terrorism
Court, Larkana in the
aforesaid period and join the investigation forthwith. This order shall cease
to have its effect after expiry of four days from today or whenever applicant/accused
surrenders before the trial Court, which one occurs earlier. In case, applicant/accused
fails to surrender before the trial Court within the aforesaid period, his bail
bond shall stand automatically forfeited.
The instant
criminal bail application is accordingly disposed
of.
