Applicants/accused
Usman Ghani, Shoaibuddin and Siddique Himayati are present along with their counsel.
Learned counsel for the applicants/accused submits that FIR bearing Crime No.
292/2017 was registered against applicants/accused on 31.08.2017 at Police
Station Sukkan, Malir for offences under sections 147/ 148/ 149/ 353/ 186/ 384/
385/ 337-HII/ 337-A(1) PPC. During pendency of the investigation, Section 7 of
the Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997 was added by the police. Learned counsel submits
that he has filed separate Bail Application bearing No.1499/2017 for protective
bail. Learned counsel for the Applicants/accused does not press instant
Criminal Bail Application No. 1392 of 2017.
In the
view of above, Criminal Bail Application No. 1392 of 2017 is dismissed as not
pressed.
