counsel for applicant/accused, after arguing the bail application at some
length, does not press the same, however, submits that the trial Court may be
directed to decide the case expeditiously. Learned Additional Prosecutor
General Sindh recorded no objection for such direction and pointed out that
there is substantial progress in the trial.
In the
view of above, instant criminal bail application is dismissed as not pressed.
However, trial Court is directed to decide the case expeditiously.
