Applicant/accused
Abdul Latif seeks protective bail in FIR No.15/2017 registered
at P.S. C.T.D Sukkur under Sections 324/353/427/34 PPC read with Section 7
Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997.
It is inter-alia contended that applicant/accused is
prepared to surrender before the Trial Court but apprehends his arrest with
ulterior motive at the hands of CTD Sukkur. Serious malafide on the part of CTD
Police has been alleged.
Without
touching merits of the case, protective
bail for a period of 05 days is
granted to the applicant/accused Abdul Latif, subject to furnishing solvent
surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (Rupees One Lac
only) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this
Court. Applicant/accused is directed to surrender before the trial Court in the
aforesaid crime. This order shall cease to have effect after expiry of 05 days or whenever the
applicant/accused surrenders before the concerned Court. In case,
applicant/accused fails to surrender before the Trial Court within the
stipulated period, his bail bond shall stand forfeited automatically.
The
instant Bail Application stands disposed of.
