            Applicants/accused Deedar Ali alias Wali son of Shareef, Shareef son of Sikandar, Fareed Ahmed son of Malhar, Abdul Hafeez son of Kareem Bux, Ghulam Freed son of Dur Muhammad alias Adlo, Raja son of Mubarak Ali, Abdul Ghaffar Jokhio son of Umeruddin Jokhio, Gul Jameel son of Natho Khan, Mst. Zaheera wife of Shareef, Sadori daughter of Allah Bachayo wife of Ali Sher, Shaheena wife of Shareef seek protective bail in FIR No.54/2024, registered at P.S. Dhabeji, district Thatta for offence under section 147, 148, 149, 341, 353, 337-H(ii), PPC read with Section 6/7 of the Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997. It is inter alia contended that police has registered the case against the applicants/accused on account of political rivalry. Serious mala fide on the part of the police has been alleged.

 

Without touching the merits of the case, protective bail is granted to applicants/accused Deedar Ali alias Wali son of Shareef, Shareef son of Sikandar, Fareed Ahmed son of Malhar, Abdul Hafeez son of Kareem Bux, Ghulam Freed son of Dur Muhammad alias Adlo, Raja son of Mubarak Ali, Abdul Ghaffar Jokhio son of Umeruddin Jokhio, Gul Jameel son of Natho Khan, Mst. Zaheera wife of Shareef, Sadori daughter of Allah Bachayo wife of Ali Sher, Shaheena wife of Shareef for a period of six (06) days from today, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court. Applicants/accused are directed to surrender before the trial Court/learned Judge, Anti-Terrorism Court, Hyderabad in the aforesaid period. This order shall cease to have its effect after expiry of six days from today or whenever the applicants/accused surrender before the trial Court, which one occurs earlier. It is made clear, in case, applicants/accused fail to surrender before the trial Court in the aforesaid period, their bail bond shall stands automatically forfeited.

 

            The instant criminal bail application is accordingly disposed of.
