Applicant/accused
Ahmed son of Muhammad Rafiq seeks protective bail in Crime No.368/2018
registered at P.S Nazimabad for offence under section 489-F PPC. It is
inter-alia contended that applicant/accused has issued cheques in favour of
complainant Fahad Zia Ansari as security, but FIR has been registered against
him at the instance of complainant by the police for the malafide reasons. It
is further stated the applicant/accused is prepared to surrender before the
trial Court, but apprehends his arrest at the hands of the police for the
malafide reasons.
Without
touching merits of the case, protective
bail for a period of 04 days is
granted to the applicant/accused Ahmed son of Muhammad Rafiq, subject to his
furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.60,000/- (Rupees Sixty Thousand
only) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this
Court. Applicant/accused shall surrender before the learned Sessions Judge, Karachi
Central in the aforesaid period. This order shall cease to have effect after
expiry of 04 days or whenever the
applicant/accused surrenders before the concerned Court. In case,
applicant/accused fails to surrender before the Trial Court within the
stipulated period, his bail bond shall stand forfeited automatically.
The
instant Bail Application stands disposed of.
