Applicant/accused Farhan Ali Channa son of Nazeer
Channa seeks protective bail in Crime No.30/2019 registered at P.S Dhabeji District
Thatta for offences under section 322/34 PPC. It is inter-alia contended that applicant/accused
is prepared to surrender before the trial Court, but apprehends his arrest at
the hands of the police for the malafide reasons. Serious malafide on the part
of complainant Yaqoob Ali has also been alleged.
Without
touching merits of the case, protective
bail for a period of 04 days is
granted to the applicant/accused Farhan Ali Channa, subject to his furnishing
solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) and P.R
bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court.
Applicant/accused shall surrender before the trial Court in the aforesaid
period. This order shall cease to have effect after expiry of 04 days or whenever the
applicant/accused surrenders before the concerned Court. In case,
applicant/accused fails to surrender before the Trial Court within the
stipulated period, his bail bond shall stand forfeited automatically.
The
instant Bail Application stands disposed of.
