Applicants/accused
(1) Fida Hussain s/o Ghulam Muhammad, (2) Mohabbat Ali s/o Aashiq
Chandio and (3) Sahab Dino @ Babu s/o Imam Bux seek protective bail in Crime
No. 474/2019 registered at P.S Zaman Town for offence under sections
149/148/147/427/186/324/353 PPC read with Section 7 Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997
and 25-D of Telegraph Act. It is stated the applicants/accused are prepared to
surrender before the trial Court, but apprehend their arrest at the hands of
the police for the malafide reasons.
Without
touching merits of the case, protective
bail for a period of 04 days is
granted to the applicants/accused (1) Fida Hussain s/o Ghulam Muhammad, (2)
Mohabbat Ali s/o Aashiq Chandio and (3) Sahab Dino @ Babu s/o Imam Bux, subject
to their furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand)
each and P.R bond in the like amount
to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court. Applicants/accused shall
surrender before the learned Judge, Anti-Terrorism Court No.XV, Karachi in the
aforesaid period. This order shall cease to have effect after expiry of 04 days or whenever the applicants/accused
surrender before the concerned Court. In case, applicants/accused fail to
surrender before the Trial Court within the stipulated period, their bail bonds
shall stand forfeited automatically.
The
instant Bail Application stands disposed of.
