advocates of applicants/accused Irfan Ali and Asif Ali, after arguing the bail applications at some
length, does not press the same and submits that direction may be issued to the
trial Court for recording the evidence of complainant and material witnesses
within a reasonable time. D.A.G. recorded no objection for issuance of such
direction. Instant criminal bail applications are dismissed as not pressed, however, the trial Court is directed to record
evidence of complainant Ghulam Qadir
son of Sher Khan and PWs Farooq
Ahmed son of Nazar Muhammad and Shafquat
Ali Soomro son of Liaquat
Ali Soomro within a period of one month. Thereafter,
applicants/accused would be at liberty to repeat the bail application(s) before
the trial Court, the same shall be decided by the trial Court, in accordance
with law.
