Applicants/accused
are present on interim pre-arrest bail. Learned
advocate for the applicants/accused pointed out that applicants/accused have
been acquitted by means of compromise by learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Thatta in Sessions Case No.151/2024 vide order dated
16.11.2024 and it is stated that instant bail application has become
infructuous.
In the
view of above, instant bail application is disposed of as having become infructuous.
So far as the surety furnished is concerned, Additional Prosecutor General
Sindh has recorded no objection for return of surety documents, in case
formalities are completed. Nazir shall return the surety documents to the
Surety, however, after proper verification and identification, as per rules.
