Applicants/accused Muhammad Amir and Saima Amir seek protective bail in Crime No. 834/2024 for
offences punishable under sections 420, 408, 34 PPC registered at PS Aziz Bhatti, Karachi. It is inter-alia contended that there was
business transaction in between applicants/accused and the complainant; that
due to dispute, FIR has been registered against the applicants/accused. It is further contended that
applicants/accused intend to surrender before trial Court but apprehend their
arrest at the hands of police. Serious malafide on
the part of complainant and police is alleged.
Since applicants/accused are prepared to
surrender before the trial court, without touching merits of the case, applicants/accused
Muhammad Amir son of Abdul Razzaq and Saima Amir w/o Muhammad Amir are granted protective bail for a period of four (04) days from today, subject to their
furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) each and P.R. bond in the like amount
to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court. Applicants/accused
are directed to surrender before the concerned trial Court in the aforesaid
crime/case. This order shall cease to have its effect after expiry of (04) days from today or when the applicants/accused
surrender before the concerned trial Court, which one occurs earlier. It is
made clear that in case applicants/accused fail to surrender before the concerned
trial Court within the aforesaid period their bail bonds shall stand forfeited automatically.
Instant bail application is accordingly
disposed of.
