Muhammad Ameen
son of Muhammad Zakria is present along with his counsel.
He seeks protective bail in FIR No.09/2020, registered at P.S. FIA Corporate
Crime Circle, Islamabad, for offence under sections 419, 420, 468, 471, 109,
PPC. It is inter alia contended that applicant/accused
is prepared to surrender before the trial Court but he apprehends his arrest at
the hands of Assistant Director, FIA, CCC, Islamabad
with ulterior motive. Serious mala fides on the part of FIA officials have been
alleged.
Without touching the merits of the case, protective bail is granted to
applicant/accused Muhammad Ameen son of Muhammad Zakria,
for a period of six (6) days from
today, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees sixty thousand)
and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court.
Applicant/accused is directed to surrender before the trial Court in the
aforesaid period. This order shall cease to have its effect after expiry of six
days from today or whenever applicant/accused surrenders before the trial Court,
which one occurs earlier. It is made clear, in case, applicant/accused fails to
surrender before the trial Court in the aforesaid period, his bail bond shall
stands automatically forfeited.
The instant
criminal bail application is accordingly disposed
of.
