Applicant/accused Abdul Hakeem seeks protective
bail in Crime No.99/2024 for offences punishable under Sections 506/2, 504 PPC
registered at PS GOR, District Hyderabad. It is inter-alia contended that a
false case has been registered against the applicant/accused with ulterior
motive. Serious malafide on the part of complainant
and police is alleged.
Since applicant/accused is prepared to
surrender before the trial court at Hyderabad, without touching merits of the
case, applicant/accused Abdul Hakeem son of Aghan
Khan is granted protective bail for
a period of five (05) days from
today, subject to his furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/-
(Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) and P.R. bond in the like amount to the
satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court. Applicant/accused
is directed to surrender before the concerned trial Court at Hyderabad in the
aforesaid crime/case. This order shall cease to have its effect after expiry of
(05) days from today or when the applicant/accused
surrenders before the concerned trial Court, which one occurs earlier. It is
made clear that in case applicant/accused fails to surrender before the
concerned trial Court within the aforesaid period his bail bond shall stand
forfeited automatically.
Instant bail application is accordingly
disposed of.
