case/crime and bail application has become infructuous, the same is accordingly
dismissed. So far as the surety furnished is concerned, after hearing learned
Additional Prosecutor General Sindh as well as counsel for complainant, Nazir
is directed to return the surety amount to the Surety, after proper
verification and identification, as per rules.
