Applicant/accused is called absent
without intimation. Interim pre-arrest bail was granted to applicant/accused Muhammad
Zia @ Shah Zaib by this Court vide order dated 24.06.2024 in Crime No.162/2024
registered at PS North Nazimabad for offences punishable under sections 337-G,
427, 279, 109, 435, 34 PPC. On the last date of hearing i.e. 04.12.2024 brother
of the applicant appeared and submitted that applicant/accused was unwell.
Today neither the applicant/accused nor his counsel is in attendance without
intimation. Apparently, applicant/accused is no more interested. Application
for pre-arrest bail is dismissed on account of non-prosecution. Interim
pre-arrest bail already granted to the applicant/accused vide order dated
24.06.2024 is hereby recalled.
