M/s Nehal Khan Lashari and Inayatullah Lashari, learned advocates for applicants/accused, after
arguing the bail applications at some length, do not press the instant criminal
bail applications and submit that trial Court may be directed to decide the
case expeditiously. Learned Additional Prosecutor General Sindh has recorded no
objection for issuance of such directions.
In the view of above, instant criminal bail applications are
dismissed as not pressed. However, trial Court is directed to decide the case
expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months, under intimation to
this Court. Applicants/accused would be at liberty to repeat the bail
application(s) before the trial Court, if case is not decided in 03 months, the same shall be decided on its own merits.
