Learned counsel for applicant/accused Rehmatullah
does not press the instant bail application on the ground that by means of
compromise, applicant/accused Rehmatullah has been
acquitted by the trial Court.
In the view of above development, instant criminal bail
application has become infructuous and is dismissed as not pressed. So far as
the surety furnished is concerned, after hearing learned Additional Prosecutor
General Sindh, Nazir is directed to return the surety documents to the Surety,
upon proper verification and identification, as per rules.
