applicant/accused has been acquitted by the trial Court by means of compromise
and the instant bail application has become infructuous. It is accordingly
disposed of. So far as the surety furnished in the instant bail application is
concerned, after hearing learned DDPP, Nazir is directed to return the surety,
after verification and identification, as per rules.
