submitted before learned Special Court, Anti-Corruption (Provincial) Sindh
against the accused and prayed that captioned bail before arrest applications
may be converted to the protective bails so that the applicants/accused may be

occurs earlier. It is made clear, in case, applicants/accused fail to surrender
before the trial Court in the aforesaid period, their bail bonds shall stand
automatically forfeited.
