applicant/accused Muhammad Yousuf and does not press
the instant bail application and submits that the trial Court may be directed
to decide the case expeditiously. Mr. Muhammad Nasir,
advocate, has also filed power on behalf of complainant. Since advocate for
applicant/accused does not press the bail application, the same is accordingly
dismissed, however, trial Court is directed to decide the case expeditiously,
preferably within a period of two months, under intimation to this Court.
