Counsel for the Applicant contends that on 09.12.2013 this Court directed the trial Court to record evidence of the material witnesses within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order and, thereafter, the applicant would be at liberty to move a fresh bail application. He further contends that in spite of directions of this Court, the trial Court has not examined a single witness. He further contends that after expiry of stipulated period the bail application was not moved by the applicant before the trial Court, therefore, learned counsel for applicant does not press the instant bail application and seeks time to file fresh bail application before the trial Court. Time is allowed. Instant bail application is dismissed as not pressed.
