          Applicant Umair Nabi Jan son of Nabi Jan is present. Statement filed by Advocate for the applicant is on record, which shows that there was compromise between the parties before the trial court. Consequently, IV-Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate, Karachi Central accepted compromise and acquitted accused vide his order dated 04.02.2013. Today Advocate for the applicant is called absent, however, applicant states that he does not want to proceed with the application more, therefore, Criminal Misc. Application No.233 of 2012, which has become infractuous, is dismissed.
